My professional career began by creating a business school based on a new teaching method, which I directed for 12 years.
I then trained in the Stratégie de la réussite® mental preparation method, created by Philippe Leclair, a trainer, author, and speaker, former champion and mental trainer for Olympic teams.
I became his partner in 1998 with the goal of bringing to as many people as possible a method that had previously been reserved for the select circle of champions and executives of large companies.
I then chose to become a mental trainer and then a Certified High Performance Coach.
I trained to integrate the skills that make champions win into my daily life.
They helped me uncheck the "impossible" box, whether in sports or in business challenges, and to successfully bounce back from critical moments and after life's setbacks.
